Refund policy

All sales at Varsity Running Club are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at varsityrunningclubsupport@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. Once we review your request, we will follow up with a resolution — either an exchange or a full refund — within 5 business days.
